Back Pain (Treatment, Care and Exercises)

Back Pain :-  
The pain felt in the back usually originates from muscle, nerve, joints, bones or other structure in the spine.

Low back pain is a very common complaint among the large population in India and abroad.Usually IT professional, housewives, and post pregnant females are more prone to suffer from low back pain. Although, almost 87% of  Indian population  are suffering from low back back pain.

Common Symptoms and Causes of Low Back pain(LBP) :-

LBP symptoms : Severe or aching pain after activity, sudden movement or lifting any heavy objects.

Difficulty in walking or standing. Pain that does not radiate down leg or pain that also moves around to the groin, buttock or upper thigh, but rarely travels below the knee.Muscle spasms, which can be severe/Local soreness upon touch.
The back muscle strain or a ligament sprain is also a common cause of acute LBP, and it heels up after taking proper care and physiotherapy treatment.
